1 Attacks On Other Users Or Channels, This Includes But Is Not Limited To Channel Takeovers, Spamming Or Flooding Users Or Channels, Exploiting And Harassment, Are Strictly Prohibited.

2 Denial Of Service (DOS) Attacks On The Shadow-Dragon Network Or Its' Users Are Strictly Prohibited

3 Attacking Or Orchestrating Attacks On Shadow-Dragon Services, Including But Not Limited To Attempts To Degrade Network Performance Via Mass Mode Changes, Mass Joins/Parts Or Connects/Quits, Flooding, Or Circumvent our Network Security Systems are Strictly Prohibited

4 Distribution Of Copyrighted Material, This Includes But Is Not Limited To Distribution Of Copyrighted Programs, Music And Movies Via File Transfer And External Linking Through Our Network, Is Strictly Prohibited.

5 Impersonation Another User Or Third Party Organization, This May Be By Using A Specific Nickname, Using Specific Connection Information, Talking As Said Individual Or Organization, Is Strictly Prohibited And Is Classed As Identity Theft And/Or Fraud.

6 Bypassing Bans, By Changing Your Nickname, Hostmask, Ident, Or Other Information To Circumvent A Ban, This Includes But Is Not Limited To Using A BNC And Reconnecting To Your ISP, Is Strictly Prohibited

7 Advertising, This Includes But Is Not Limited To, Other Chat Network And Websites, Is Strictly Prohibited

8 Abide By Individual Channel Rules When You Are Within Them. These Rules May Be Stricter Than The Rules Imposed By Shadow-Dragon However All Channels Are Also Subject To Shadow-Dragon Network Rules.
